Visit customer site and assess works needed.


02. Quotations

Provide customer with a detailed quotation outlining Material costs, Labour costs and expected project completion time.


03. Start project

1. Assess mortar condition. 
2. Gather materials.
3. Safety briefing. 
4. Remove old mortar. & Clean joints. 
5. Mix new mortar.
6. Repoint and brush. 
7. Cure mortar.
8. Inspect work.
9. Clean up site.

 
04. Site revisit

We will revisit the site to ensure the works are intact and in good order with no rework required.

05. Job Sign off

Once we are both happy with the completed works, any outstanding balance will be requested and you will also be supplied with your guarantee certificate.
